    I am very happy to write this review, as when you dream about a trip for 20 years and than your dream comes true one day, and it happens to be with an organizer, who does their best for you and at the end of the trip, you realize, how wonderful was the trip. I am grateful to Sapna Ji and Sharma Ji for organizing this trip for us. When we booked the trip, they asked me several questions about our liking and dislikings...and... I told them, please do what you like and organize the way you think it is going to be easy and comfortable for us, as i completely trust both of you,and, at the end of our trip, I realized I was right in putting my faith in them. Right from the Car and driver to all hotels/resorts and Kedarnath Helicopter service, everything went well for us. It was if God was waiting every where to lead us by his hands to felicitate us and complete each Dham for us.At the end of our trip we had 2 days for rsting at Haridwar and looking back at our 8 days trip, we both, me and my life partner realized, how wonderful our journey was, Thank You Sharma Ji and Sapna Ji. I will request all viewers, to book their Chardham Yatra through them only as their service providers are very good and as they being travel experts of Uttarakhand themselves, they hand pick every hotel and resort for you at the best of the locations, I am writting individual reviews for all hotel and resorts separately.     My family booked a 6 days, 5 nights Char Dham Yatra trip by helicopter with Sapna Sharma this May and we were highly satisfied with her planning services. She communicated quickly and in advance, letting us know any changes in the itinerary. The hotels arranged were great and any time there was an issue during the trip, Sapna ji was available to help. Overall, it was a successful yatra — the only problem we faced was with the aviation company Kestrel, which had several delays in helicopters due to a crash landing and inspections. This company did a very poor job of communication and planning, but this was not in Sapna ji’s control. She helped us in applying for a refund at the end of the journey. We would highly recommend planning travel through OTA Expert!!
